As I prepare to head out to Standing Rock to raise my hands up to help our Water Protectors in whatever way they need, I wanted to find a tangible way to help do more, NOW, for the brave & Peaceful humans currently up in North Dakota enduring the cold, & the violence of the militarized police, defending what they believe in. .

While many people can't physically make it out to North Dakota, that does not mean you are not yearning for your own way to participate, to actively aid the fight for #NODAPL.
I wanted to thank you for caring & doing something, to give back to all of You,

The photographs I have selected for this sale are all from where my fight to protect our waters began in recent years -- from my time exploring & photographing what is happening in the High Arctic near the North Pole. What is happening to our oceans, our ice, our rivers… it is all a connected web. We, & Our Water, are all connected. Protecting one source helps protect all our water, all of us.

The Stand at Standing Rock is in defense of the Sioux people's right to have their rivers and waters clean. I aim here to directly support that.
But I also support what these water protectors are symbolically defending & bringing to light as well: That the importance of paying attention to protecting our waters all around the world is VITAL, now more than ever. WATER IS LIFE.

By purchasing this photographic work, your money will be donated directly to supporting the efforts & camps at Standing Rock.
The money will be distributed to the Official Standing Rock Sioux Tribe - Dakota Access Pipeline Fund & Standing Rock Medic + Healers Council

Again, 100% of the Proceeds from this sale will be directly donated to the efforts of standing peacefully against the Dakota Access Pipeline.
